How to Use

Enter 2 to 16 options, spin the wheel, and it lands on one. You can paste a whole list of names, and presets for lunch, activities, yes/no decisions and numbers let you spin straight away.

Type an option under 'Options Management' and press the + button or Enter. Separate entries with commas ('Ana, Ben, Chloe') or paste several lines and they all go in at once. You can add up to 16 and edit or delete any of them.

Or pick a 'Quick Start' preset: Lunch Menu, Activities, Decisions or Numbers.

Press 'Spin Roulette'. The wheel spins for about three seconds, and the slice under the pointer at the top is the result. Options are locked while it spins.

Press 'Remove Winner' under the result to take that option off the wheel and spin again. 'History' shows your last 10 results, and 'Copy order' copies them numbered from the first spin.

Pro Tips

Every slice is the same size, so every option has the same chance. To weight one, add it more than once: two 'Pizza' slices and one 'Tacos' gives pizza a 2-in-3 chance.
If the starting 'Option 1' to 'Option 4' are still untouched when you add two or more entries at once, they are replaced by your list.
The wheel only shows the first 8 characters of each option. Write 'Thai' rather than 'That new Thai place downtown'.
Only two options? A Coin Flip is faster.

Deciding what to eat

End the 'I don't mind, you pick' loop.

Example: Enter only the 4–6 places everyone has already said are fine, then spin.

Turn order and chores

Put names in and let the wheel choose.

Example: Paste the names, press 'Remove Winner' after each spin until the last person is picked, then use 'Copy order' to post the full order in your group chat.

Prize and forfeit wheels

For parties, streams and classrooms.

Example: Spin with your screen shared so everyone sees where it lands.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really random?

Yes. Each spin picks a random number of turns (5 to 10) and a random stopping angle, and the slice nearest the pointer wins. Because the slices are equal, every option has equal odds.

Can I add more than 16 options?

No. Past 16 the labels become unreadable, and if a pasted list goes over, you are told how many were left out. To pick one name out of 30, number the names and use the Random Number Generator.

Are my options saved?

Yes. Your options are saved in this browser and survive a refresh. Nothing you type is sent to a server. The spin history is not saved and disappears when you close the page, so copy it first if you need it.
